GPP has announced a one week certified course on “Peace Leadership”. The course will be taught on a virtual basis by an expert professor specialized in peace studies.

Military Operation against extremists in Waziristan has hit the local inhabitants and they are continuously fled to safe areas of Dera Ismail Khan and Tank districts of NWFP, Global Peace Pioneers is a not-for-profit and charity organization, sending out an urgent appeal for your donation to help homeless people.

Commemoration of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Day

On August 6th 2009 the world took a pause. Global Peace Pioneers arranged a picture exhibition on 6th August 2009 in remembrance of bombing on Hiroshima and Nagasaki by USA in 2nd World War. The main purpose of the exhibition is to honor 64th Anniversary of the attack on the Hiroshima and Nagasaki and to convey the message “Support a World without Nuclear Weapons”.

At this point of history, when divisions and despairs, intolerance and hatred, greed and consumerism, abject poverty and accumulation of power and wealth are so dominant, the search for an alternative paradigm for peace that is rooted in the diverse religions and cultures of human socities is of the utmost importance.

Major Activities

The major activities of “Global Peace Pioneers” shall be to render the following services to the deprived communities’ especially marginalized people who live in the neglected areas of Islamabad District and other parts of the country.
